APCS operates as a holding company through investment in subsidiaries of the following businesses – Precision Metal Parts, EPC / O&M, and Utilities.

1994 – The Humble Beginning
With only 13 employees and a small rented factory in Samut Prakan, we started off as a precision metal parts manufacturer. But through our ambitious vision, we strive to become a leading player in Thailand’s manufacturing industry.
2002 – A New Home
Years of dedication earned us immense growth. We relocated ourselves to a modern facility in Amata City Chonburi to serve the exponentially growing automotive sector in Thailand.
2011 – Going Public
With well over 400 CNC machines, we were listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. This was a huge milestone for us. Automations were rolled out across the factory to modernise our production capabilities.
2016 – New Opportunities
We recognised new potentials as the world strived to become greener. We invested in the business of EPC for alternative energy, and acquired a highly experienced team in this field to join us. Raw water distribution business was among the businesses we also acquired.
2020 – Restructuring
Performance of EPC / O&M business had outgrown the original business of precision metal parts. We saw the need to restructure the group, and made APCS the holding company in order for more efficient management and to cater for future growth.
